LOVE IT.

A ton of work has been done in the last week.
First things first. Some updates on pending issues.
  • Recessed light in the family room has been excavated.
  • We Do have one electric outlet on kitchen island.

Exterior is all done. And our stone looks AMAZING with Sandy Tan siding! And all of these thing done in last 6/7 days.
Now here are some pics of the work done in last week.

Exterior done !! Totally loving it !

Looks complete with shutters.

Front door is going to be black.

This week we got the green !
This is the latest pic that I took this evening, Our landscaping is now complete. Sorry about the crappy angle. Stupid dump truck is parked too close to the sidewalk making difficult to take photos of full front of the house from the center. .
Backyard from master bedroom window.
Foundation walls now matches with Sandy Tan siding.
View from the side. We have five single family homes  in a row. All of them are going to be  Rome model. The lot next to ours is not sold yet. Forth house from the left is Gina K's house.

Today the cleaning crew was cleaning and vaccuming the whole house. Today was my  first chance to see the hardwood flooring  in living and dining as they were gonna remove the covering .  I was dying to see it. But couldn't stay that long at the house.

I m trying to get good photos of our kitchen and bathrooms. But since last two days some cleaning  and some tile work finishing touches are being done. That's why couldn't take any good snaps.  But hopefully I will get my it tomorrow. And I will make a separate post about kitchen and bathrooms tomorrow.
