Wrong.. Again..

Last week they messed up  installing the wrong carpet pad on all levels. But thanks to our super PM that issue got resolve in no time.

Well this time it's our front door! They have painted front door in Wine Tone color, matching it to our shutters when it's suppose to be black. While Wine tone color is also not looking that bad., we decided to go for black. So hubby is going to email our PM and I am sure this will be taken care of.

Our selections. Wine Tone shutters with black door .
It was dark when I clicked this snap. That's why it looks  black. But it's actually Wine tone color like the shutters.

  1. you have to go with what you want, but my .02 is that the wine tone looks nice.

  2. I could go either way, but since we have the same color schemes, I think yours should be the same as ours with the black door. I'm sure they can fix it next week.

So jealous of your porch light. Since our elevation is different, we only have a small overhang so there is no room for a can light. We just have the one mounted by the door.

  3. Drove by today and the door is black. Not sure if they painted it today or if maybe it just looked a different color since it was getting dark, but it is definitely black now.

  4. Gina, Thanks for the update.
Nope. It was Wine Tone. The worker was just finishing painting our door when we reached there. so we could see the paint can, which was definitely dark maroon. I guess our PM took care of it first thing in the morning. :)

  7. So glad to see this post! We are likely going with Sandy Tan siding and I couldn't tell from other pictures which color your shutters were. Thanks!

  9. @ Amy, I absolutely love our combination of Sandy Tan siding with wine tone shutters and black door. It looks very attractive with Susquehanna stone.
